By accessing and using SnapStore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Beta Service

SnapStore is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or errors. We may make significant changes to the Service during the beta period.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Content

You retain all rights to the content you display through our Service. You grant us a license to host and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Service Limitations

We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Content updates may take up to 5 minutes to propagate to all displays.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.

8. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the digital signage service. This license ends when you remove your content from our Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to display all content you upload. This includes but is not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and image rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the Service, particularly during the beta period.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or content
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • The content displayed through our Service, including any errors or omissions

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service during the beta period.
